CNC Router Cutting

CNC – Computer Numerical Control. Our modern CNC router cutter has given us greater accuracy in plate cutting and substantial efficiencies in the build processes. The machine is set up on a 7m by 2m bed which allow us to maximise sheet sizes.

From the  boat’s design on computer, files are directly nested onto the router’s computer and cutting can be immediately underway.

Although the router cutter is generally fully employed doing our own boats, space can still be found to do outwork. We also operate a Durma CNC 3.9 metre press brake on which all folding files are programmed for all our boat components.
